We carry out full rewires and consumer unit upgrades for domestic and commercial clients across the UK, to the 18th Edition of BS 7671.
For domestic properties - including houses, flats, HMOs and student accommodation - we carry out full rewires, partial rewires and consumer unit replacements. All work is certified under Part P of the Building Regulations and a completion certificate is issued on every job. We also carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for landlords, letting agents and property buyers who need a formal assessment of an existing installation.
On the commercial side, we have significant experience on large-scale refurbishment programmes involving multiple units - including student accommodation blocks, apartment developments and HMO conversions. Our team can manage the full electrical scope across a multi-plot scheme, coordinating with main contractors, building control and other trades to keep the programme on track.
